My name is Maggie Arnold. I am the head stylist here at Springbank Pet Resort and thrilled to be part of this wonderful team! I have been grooming dogs for over twenty years and it is without a doubt my greatest passion! My fascination with animals began when breeding and showing American Cocker Spaniels. (I have two of my own.) This experience has allowed me to become a strong breed and designer stylist.
I believe that it can be stressful and overwhelming for many dogs in a store salon environment. At Springbank Pet Resort your furry side kick can relax in daycare before and after their groom allowing them to associate the trip with a positive experience. I work closely with my clients and their pets to ensure that they are getting exactly what they’re looking for. |

Jean learned how to groom many years ago before joining us as a caregiver in 2010. After a few years of working with the animals here she touched up her grooming skills and became our second groomer here at the resort.
With a love of all types of animals and a great desire to work with her hands, becoming a groomer was a natural career decision. |
For grooming we ask all doggies to be dropped off between 8 – 9am, they all get a bath right away and are groomed based on whom is dry first. The groomer will call when your pup is all ready for you, or they can stay till the end of the day if you prefer.
