Indoor Canine Suites
Unique to Canada and supplied by Mason, our canine sleeping suites have tempered glass front doors (as opposed to chain link.) The walls and beds/cots are made of FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) panels that resist scratching, staining, odor, and moisture. The USDA certified antimicrobial surfaces are easy to clean and sanitize. All suites are constructed using aluminum framework that is strong and rust proof.
Air Quality
Springbank Pet Resort has teamed up with Environmental Air Cleaning Ltd. (ODOROX) to incorporate a sophisticated air purification system that produces Hydroxyls to clean the air at a molecular level. Hydroxyls are highly effective naturally occurring compounds in the earth’s atmosphere, often referred to as Mother Nature’s scrub brush. In addition to air purification, we run an industrial air exchange unit that expels the polluted and humid air from the facility to the outside and replaces it with fresh air back into the building throughout the day.
Cleaning & Sanitation
Our antibacterial sealed flooring is hospital grade. Unlike painted concrete floors, ours is epoxy sealed with two layers. All floor to wall unions are silicone sealed to prevent contamination.
Contaminants and waste are picked up and removed off site. The entire facility is sanitized daily with a low odor pet safe cleaner, which is the same solution used to clean our Springbank Pet Hospital.
Veterinary Care
Dr. Jeff Dand (owner and operator of SPR) has incorporated all protocol and procedures ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests. Should your pet need extra attention, we are equipped to treat minor bumps and bruises on site, at the clinic beside us. Springbank Pet Hospital.
