Sorry, we do not board snakes.
All pricing is subject to change, depending on care required, will be reassessed at drop off.

Critters
- No vaccines or health certificates required, (except for birds).
- Due to their specialized needs, critters must be accommodated in their own cages/environments from home.
- Please bring all their personal effects including litter, food, treats, timothy hay, etc. to avoid upsetting their delicate digestive systems.
- Please bag all veggie meals in zip lock/sandwich bags per day
- Springbank Pet Resort does NOT dispense medication to critters. If your exotic pet requires medications, please call your Veterinarian for alternate boarding arrangements.
- Supplements and Vitamins with no health risk if not consumed, that can be added to food or water dishes are acceptable. (Although we monitor food and water intake, we cannot guarantee consumption of supplements or vitamins)
- Please do NOT bring glass water bottles, as we do not want them to break.
Bird Requirements
We require a Standard Health Certificate from your Veterinarian for all birds.
Birds who are allowed outside of their cage must have clipped wings.
We do not administer medications to birds or do bird nail trims.
A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours after receiving your request.
Please note, that due to high volumes during peak seasons the confirmation time may take up to 48 hours.
