We will not be conducting tours during the follow days, due to a high volume of intake

We ask that you book your reservation on-line so that we may have a clear record of it.  We can certainly book some dates over the phone, but we find that the online bookings leave less room for error. 

Springbank Pet Resort is much like any resort, in that we have peak periods that fill to capacity! Booking 3 to 4 months in advance will secure your reservation. We do our best to accommodate each and every one of our valued clients, but please book early as we fill up fast during these  peak seasons.

March 10 - April 10 is like Christmas in Spring! Please book 3 months in advance.
May long weekend is always packed, so please book in March.
Summer months of June and July and August (including Stampede week)  Please book 2-3 months in advance.
September Long weekend Aug 30th-Sept 5th. Book 3 months in advance. 
Christmas Reservations may be placed anytime with a 50% deposit to hold your spot. Please be aware that we will be fully booked by September for this busy festive season!

To give our furry clients uninterrupted NAP time we are closed from NOON - 1 pm each day. 

We are fortunate to be owned and operated by local Veterinarian Dr. Jeff Dand. Jeff can now be found at SPR training and working with staff, or at the Airdrie Animal Clinic.

Cathy Huska has been traning dogs professionally since 1996 utilizing positive reinforcement methods and welcoming dogs of all ages.

We welcome our clients to drop in for a tour, seven days a week from 10-4. Please note:  We do not conduct tours during long weekends, holidays, or peak periods.
